Product Warranty

Our warranty covers all manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This includes issues with stitching, hardware, and fabric quality that occur under normal use.

The warranty period begins on the date of purchase and covers the original purchaser only.

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from accidents or misuse
• Alterations or modifications
• Damage from improper care or cleaning
• Lost or stolen items

To make a warranty claim:

1. Contact our customer service team
2. Provide proof of purchase
3. Describe the defect with photos
4. Ship the item to our service center

We will inspect the item and determine if it qualifies for warranty coverage.

If your claim is approved, we will either repair or replace the defective item at our discretion. If the exact item is no longer available, we will offer a comparable replacement of equal or greater value.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary by location. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
